What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected
Sound Discipline collects information voluntarily submitted through workshop attendance forms, our newsletter subscription form, and/or our donation form. This information may include first and last name, email address(es), phone number(s), and mailing address(es), depending on what each user personally provided when submitting the form in question.
How Your Information May Be Used
Sound Discipline keeps all personal information in a secure, internal database, where it is used for program data analysis (in the case of workshop participants), to send a monthly newsletter (for newsletter subscribers) or to send occasional other correspondence (for donors). We never provide any personal information to third parties; all data is for internal purposes only. Newsletter subscribers and donors may choose to opt out at any time. Workshop participants who wish to have their personal information removed may contact us at any time to do so. Any persons who wish to review and/or amend their personal information may also contact us.
